Mayors should not be allowed to launder animus through warrants - neither should AG’s or Judges from New York.

So she inadvertently picked up papers from her work area and put them into a folder, then within minutes double-checked and returned those papers, but got arrested for “deliberately destroying official documents”?

It was a very minor incident that resulted in no harm, but in highly politically charged situation. Yeah, it seems retaliatory. These days, with so much partisanship, the USSC needs to weigh in on a few cases of abuse of process, abuse of power, and protected speech. Everyone commits some kind of crime which is where the “show me the man and I’ll find the crime” quote comes from. Government out of control has to be reigned in; and those who overreach need to be severely punished for abuse of authority as a deterrence to others.

San Frantonio.
A beautiful city turned into a sewer. Soros got most of the council (only one conservative), sheriff, mayor, and DA elected. Now there is a huge human trafficking operation by the airport. And in the airport. Trey Ware talks about it almost every morning on KTSA 550. He is the south Texas Rush Limbaugh. They are an ABC channel and he talks about the lies ABC tells at the top of the hour (5 a.m.) just before he comes on.
If you are up early, check him out on the internet. He follows Red Eye Radio.

Small town dictatorial “justice.”

In a general sense, statutes should be clear and concise - not laborious paragraphs of confusing legalese where, as Gorsuch said, anyone can be charged with something.

I skimmed thru...did the article name the judge that signed the arrest warrant?

And she suggested there was at least some evidence of that sort in this case, since Trevino "violated the same statute by taking the petition home and keeping it overnight."

The precedent is Democrat Vice-Presidents who have no legal right to keep "classified" documents shall not be charged for illegally keeping them, while Republican Presidents who have the ultimate authority over what is "classified" and what is not shall be prosecuted for classified documents legally in their possession.

Think of the ramifications of the precedent in this case on the various cases against Trump.

9 in black dresses. gives you every reason why the law is not formulated to let them decide what is right, wrong or lawful.
