President Biden on Thursday took a dig at former President Trump over his financial issues after Trump’s lawyer said he can’t pay his $464 million bond.
“I know not everyone’s feeling enthusiasm. The other day a defeated man … came up to me and said, Mr. President I’m being crushed by debt, I’m completely wiped out,” Biden said. “I had to say, ‘I’m sorry Donald, I can’t help you.’”
Biden made the joke to a group of supporters at a campaign reception in Houston. Before the comment, he was saying the press doesn’t cover positive polls for him enough, including five national polls that show him ahead of Trump in November.
“I like the press, but they don’t talk about it much,” Biden said. “Five national polls having us leading since my State of the Union.”

The building was valued at 465 million to satisfy the judgement, now under the Government mismanagement, the impact on NYC real estate with this action and the constant name calling Trump and his building as evil, the building is now worth 250 million. So now NY has to return the building, come up with 215 million plus interest and is sued by Trump for defamation!

I was not familiar with J.R. Biden but my first thought was, “Wow, he can’t be that stupid to be bragging about things that are easily researched and proved to be false. He is some kind of A’Hole!” (”POS,” was not used then.)

And this is part of the problem with Biden...among others. Trump, like most wealthy men only has about 5% of his actual wealth in cash. So he will give up property in a small amount to cover his bill. It’s done all the time with land or property investers. And Biden has no idea how that works obviously. The wealthy don’t have cash. They have things.
PolitiFact referred to Biden as one of Congress’ “least wealthy members” before he became vice-president under President Barack Obama and then president himself. As president, Biden’s wealth has increased from about $8 million when he took office to about $10 million. But his liquid cash is listed at $950K. A far cry from $454M.
