A TikTok influencer is advising illegal immigrants on how to 'invade' American homes and invoke squatter's rights, making it difficult for them to be removed from properties.
Moreno, alleging he has friends who 'have already taken about seven homes', argued the only way for migrants to not live in the streets or be a 'public burden' is to 'seize' and 'invade' abandoned properties.

So what happens to whoever owns the house? They’re just s*** out of luck?
So it’s possible to contact this guy? I want to tell “Yes indeed it is legal to squat, but only in the homes of democrats. You can usually find Biden signs on their lawns. When you see those, it means you can walk right in and make yourself at home”
Him telling other illegal aliens this info seems wrong on many levels. I would think his neighbors who are not illegal aliens, would have some issue with him doing this and will ask him to stop doing it.
I don’t understand how breaking into a home to take possession of it isn’t criminal trespass and burglary. Hint: it is.
This is why when you look at houses in other parts of the world(even a lot of places in Europe) they have BARS on WINDOWS. Their houses are like fortresses. With bars and shutters. Doors that are reinforced steel. So, that when they are not there, no one can break in and steal their stuff or occupy their home.
This is what is coming to America. Thanks OBAMA.

Apparently in NYC an owner faces arrest if he or she disturbs the squatters. In much of America LEOs will remove the scum and maybe even rehouse them in the local jail.
The mere fact that there is some way to legally squat on someone else's property is disturbing, to say the least. I have been seeing the term "squatter's rights" a lot lately. Rights?! To take/use someone else's property without permission? I think that's called theft, and it used to be a crime.
We see that here already in Dim-run cities.
What they’re doing is printing out fake leases - or even property deeds - on these homes, which they show to the cops as “proof” that they’re there legitimately. The cops consider it a ‘civil matter’ and won’t do a thing.
In the recent New York case, the squatter in the basement rented the area from the original squatter in the main house - for $1,500, he’s paid out over $3,000 already and is refusing to leave the property he rented from the squatter. The other squatters have apparently left (Thank God).
“I don’t understand how breaking into a home to take possession of it isn’t criminal trespass and burglary. Hint: it is.”
Maybe, maybe not. In NYC its a criminal matter until the squatter has exclusive possession for more than 30 days. Then is becomes a civil matter.
🤔
In North Carolina, squatters have to continuously reside (and maintain) a property for 20 years before they have any squatters rights.
This needs to be national.
"Serial squatter' Sang Kim is refusing to leave this $2 million Bellevue, Seattle, Washington home and has pulled the same trick on his previous landlords, according to a lawsuit filed by his landlord."
In Washington state, you cannot get rid of homeless squatters on your front lawn - one case I read about the homeowner was trying to sell the home but no one would buy it because of the squatter on his front lawn - that 'came with the house.'
They shouldn’t get any rights for taking other people’s property.
My cousin encountered problems with a tenant who engaged in drug use and that drove a motorcycle into the house.
Taking a drastic approach reminiscent of a dramatic countryside action, he burst through the front door, discharged a shotgun into the ceiling, and then warned them to vacate the premises immediately. They complied and left.
Don’t mess with a Hillbilly, there are many bodies buried in these hills. No courts needed.
I wonder what the reaction of the squatter might be if the legal owner of the property had a double-barreled shotgun pointed at the squatter’s center mass?
Just a thought.
Personally, I’d be shocked at the intruder and shoot them.
Don’t call the cops first.
Just kill them. Then fake a heart attack and don’t talk (which will very likely happen, anyway).
