According to Arkansas State Police and ATF, Bryan Malinowski, the executive director of the Clinton National Airport, was being served a federal search warrant when he shot toward ATF, and they returned fire.
The airport director was shot at least twice as authorities said he suffered gunshot wounds. Police said an ATF agent was shot once with non-life-threatening injuries. Both were sent to nearby hospitals.
De Bruyn said she witnessed an ambulance, firetruck and multiple law enforcement agencies swarmed the cul-de-sac and adjacent street

This desperate guy made $280,000.00 per year as the Bill and Hillary Airport director. He was over 2000 employees.
Why was he Arkancided?
Arkansas Suicide by ATF?
> I hope the authorities had a sound reason for busting into the house when this guy could have been arrested any time. <
Right. A no-knock (or short knock) raid makes sense when there are hostages in imminent danger of being executed by their captors. Otherwise, just pick the guy up when he goes to work, as you noted. And if he’s staying put, it’s tear gas time. Why put lives at risk, criminal and police?
There’s a problem with SWAT teams. If you’ve got a shiny new hammer, you’ve also the urge to use that shiny new hammer.
If the guy had fired from his house when ATF first pulled up, that would be a different story. Did that happen? We’ll know when more info is released.
Did he know something about the Clintoons or O’BiteMe? That would explain it.
“Did the ATF announce their raid or was it a no-knock and the guy thought it was a home invasion?”
I will take “no knock” for 300 Alec.
You know if the Clintons are involved, something crooked going on. The AFT must not have gotten their cut. Because they are a bunch of goons and hoodlums. Like the FBI. There is not an honest person in both groups [the AFT and FBI].
AMEN!
(A continuing saga perhaps, involving Arkansas Airports and Clintons?)
Somebody resurrected Barry Seal?
The only involvement the Clinton’s have here is in the name of the airport.
Yeah I can see a no knock warrant to search for a 50BMG and the need to make sure he did not flush it down the head.
My DIL called yesterday to tell us about an ongoing raid across the street involving a houseful of urban outdoorsmen. Raid began at 11AM or so. No one injured, no one shot. Why the need to blast through a door at 6AM of a business person. Must have been a GOP type? Since no info is available yet, I hope someone is watching to house so that no stingers or howitzers are moved in.
Information should have immediately been released. There is no reason for authorities to “get there story straight” if they had a legitimate reason for a swat raid. This delay in releasing information reeks of coverup.
This guy was a white-collar guy and this type of raid seems bizarre.
Mena Airport 2.0?......................
Heh
Yeah, sound reasoning.
Overtime pay. Big Stud image in the Organization.
Terrorism towards Citizens.
capture easily destroyed evidence? Nah, that’s ridiculous.
“Bryan Malinowski, the executive director of the Clinton National Airport, was being served a federal search warrant”
What did he do? What was his crime? Openly express support for Trump?
The roid munchers are not used to resistance. If the subject of a no-knock assault just holds a gun (or bat or golf club) they happily kill him but if he fires upon the intruders the pigs panic and start firing Yosemite Sam style. They hit each other, bystanders, and occasionally the victim of the raid.
My working theory is that if you can’t show a warrant, you don’t have one.
My cynical guess is that since he was a high-ranking guy who dealt with other powerful people, he didn’t play ball with some corrupt government official on something, so the command was given to take care of it, using some flimsy evidence as an excuse. Plus now the airport has an opening for a DEI hire, you watch.
People in the USA need to learn ONCE & FOR ALL that trying to enforce our laws is NOT a game of “CAPTAIN, MAY I ?”.
