Pitiful excuse for a human. Cowardly POS judge.

I hope nothing but pain and suffering for him and his entire family.

Are Willis’ attorneys appealing also?

As in, petitioning the Appellate court to allow the boyfriend who precipitously resigned after MacAfee’s ruling to be reinstated as the lead RICO prosecutor at trial, “under” Willis?

They’re letting the judge off the hook for NOT following the law and allowing a miscarriage of justice because he winked and nodded?

Oh in that case......

The spin here is polly-anish. The judge MAY have tried to divide the child down the middle, but the GA law says he erred. By granting immediate appeal, the Judge may divorce himself from the aftermath of dismissing Fani from the case, or he may have doomed his jurist career to the backwaters of Georgia.

In my non-attorney opinion, the Judge should have dismissed both Fani (and her office) *and* Wade. That would have meant that some other jurisdiction in GA would have to take over by first eveluating the basis of the case, and second by reinvestigating the data brought together by the tainted Fulton county DA’s office.

THAT would have likely dismissed the case, IMHO.

Well, it buys time. The Appelate Court has to schedule a hearing. Then they could rule quickly, or drag their feet on a decision. That could work either for or against Trump. They could hold off on a decision until November, or issue a ruling in July/September that forces Trump into a trial during the last stretch of campaign season.

the judge didnt want to be the one to fire Fani’s ass because he was afraid that she would get revenge on him for doing so, so he’s letting someone else do the honors instead smart move

Seems to me there is no place in the legal system for politics since it is a built in conflict of interest. But there you have it. Politics and a cowardly judge Twisting things to look the hero.

Phil Holloway (the Georgia lawyer cited in the article) seemed to imply the other day that it is quite possible that Fanny threatened the Judge (directly or indirectly).

She is more powerful than nearly anyone else in Fulton County because of her control of the black political machine.

That's who she was speaking to in her Big Bethel AME Church "lecture" a few weeks back.

If Fanny wants to, she can destroy the Judge's career. And that may be just what she has planned.

This power is at the root of Fani's arrogant behavior. She believed that she was/is untouchable and, as everyone has seen, she believed she could do damn well as she pleased.

From the judge’s standpoint, he hit a booming spiral punt with terrific hang-time.

For all of you ripping McAfee for being a complete coward, and sellout, you might want to consider he had the authority to rule completely in Willis and Wade’s favor, and even refuse Trump the right to appeal.

He may not have gone quite as far in finding them guilty as he could have, or really should have, but he went a long way in requiring at least one of them resign, and painting them both with indelible ink that was literally begging for an appeal to the higher court.

And if the appeals court panel of judges rule to remove Willis, if not sign an immediate, or eventual, death warrant for the entire case, that would actually carry more weight long term than if McAfee had tried to do something similar, all on his own.

I’m not holding my breath until that happens, but McAfee did not sell Trump completely out as is being alleged.

Stinks. it stinks.
Judge should do his own job.
Did he swear to uphold some constitution?
If he had his fingers crossed while his hand was on the Bible is that a valid exemption?

However it plays out, McFee’s moves are all being done to protect the Raffensberger and his deputy clowns. They don’t to run the risk of Raffensberger, Fuchs or Sterling having to get put in the witness stand.
