A pair of vigilantes allegedly tried to forcefully evict three alleged squatters from a million-dollar Queens home after the homeowner was arrested when she changed the locks and tried to remove them.
Two unidentified men driving a black pickup truck pulled into the driveway of the Flushing’s home searching for the tenants Tuesday afternoon, according to the Daily Mail.
“We are looking to get this guy out,” one of the men allegedly said, a neighbor told the outlet. “I am here to talk to him. I want to see why he is here.”
Adele Andaloro, 47, was in the process of selling the property when the group shadily took refuge in the home last month.
Andaloro inherited the $1 million property from her parents after they died.
She confronted the trio and changed the locks in hopes they would not be able to reenter if they left.
However, a male inside the home called the police on Andaloro, who was later arrested.
Neighbors have noticed some concerning activity from the house since the alleged squatters snaked their way into the home.

The Squatters have the system down pat.
They produce fake leases and papers to attest to their ‘ownership’ of the property and the cops can’t do a thing. They say it’s a ‘civil’ matter for the courts to decide and not their problem.
The actual homeowner is at a disadvantage.
The courts system is slow and expensive to hire lawyers to file cases.
The squatters know this and they have all the time in the world.
File appeal after appeal after appeal and they could be there for years. Some are.
One case I read about, the squatter actually SOLD the property and it was all perfectly legal....................
The police are force multipliers for the squatters.
What you have here is a peculiar situation:
the guy didn’t just move in after the hearse pulled out,
he had been the caretaker for the old guy for some time
from what I gather, both owner and squatter were/are gay
the old guy was senile and the younger man exploited him
(The post has run a whole series on this, linked for quick background checks)
From another installment:
” source said that after he was forced out of Fernandez’s home, he continued to get calls from hospitals and doctors as he was listed as the elderly exec’s emergency contact.
‘The pharmacist was overly concerned because his [Fernandez’s] insulin had not been picked up,’ the source claimed, adding that he didn’t know if the homeowner ever got the medicine.
The source claims that on the night of the elderly exec’s death, he got a call from the hospital saying that neither Flores nor the person who had Fernandez’s power of attorney could be reached. “
The squatter should be investigated for elder neglect, or possibly even murder. I’m sure New York has laws for that as well.
True. But the way things are going in Florida you’re getting less and less for your money as I’m sure you’re aware.
Here in Western Arkansas we always thank the Sheriff for his service but we deal with these Biden squatters ourselves.
“Back the Blue.”
Thanks.

Considering the high value put on my house by the government... I look at it and wonder how they came up with that number. I just don’t see my house worth that much.
tax assessments have ZERO to do with value. They are part of a formula to compare properties within the same jurisdiction. Reassessments usually occur every 10 years. The multiplier changes annually.
It should be legal to beat squatters with baseball bats.
That was a different squatter story
I got so much egg on my face you could call me an omelet.
