The IPC acute food insecurity analysis conducted in December 2023 warned of a risk that Famine may occur by the end of May 2024 if an immediate cessation of hostilities and sustained access for the provision of essential supplies and services to the population did not take place. Since then, the conditions necessary to prevent famine have not been met and the latest evidence confirms that Famine is imminent in the northern governorates and projected to occur anytime between mid-March and May of 2024.

Strange logic. Japan attacks the United States (and other nations) and after four years we are dropping atomic bomb on their cities. If we had not dropped those bombs the Japanese were prepared to die fighting killing as many Americans as possible in the process but the terror and death because of those bombs Japan surrender.

The people of Gaza declare war on Israel. Not a war against soldiers but innocent defenseless young people. Not just killing but butchering and torturing and raping (which by all accounts is still happening to the ones left alive).

The people of Gaza supported Hamas and celebrated as their prisoners were dragged through the streets to their eventual death.

War is hell and nation should not engage in it if they don’t want to face the consequences.

If the Gaza people were to surrender, and give up the war criminals and quit trying to kill Jews their suffering would come to an end. It is they that control their fate.
