England, Scotland and Wales All Have Non-White Leaders Now

Apart from Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom executives are entirely non-white..

It’s certainly an interesting phenomenon.

Rishi Sunak is serving as the Prime Minister of the UK. Pakistani Muslim settler Humza Yousaf has taken over as the First Minister of Scotland and Vaughan Gething (pictured above), an immigrant from Zambia, will become the First Minister of Wales.

Apart from Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom executives are entirely non-white.

It’s certainly an interesting phenomenon that reflects a rate of not only demographic, but political change in the UK, that has become more rapid than the rest of Europe.

Part of it can probably be attributed to the role of bloc votes, certainly in the case of Yousaf and the rising Pakistani Muslim presence, and partly to the aspirational growth of talented Indian immigrants, but you also have to wonder to what extent failed political establishments are using minorities to paper over fundamental failures.

It’s not entirely a coincidence that Rishi Sunak became the frontman for a failed Conservative party in crisis or Yousaf for a disgraced SNP.

American-style identity politics will use minorities and ‘breaking-the-glass-ceiling’ to change the narrative about a company, a party, or a movie. Put a minority figure out front and suddenly, disparaging it is racist.

The UK has been stuck in the doldrums for a while now. (As has America.) And instead of talking about that, soon there’ll be so many thinkpieces about the newly diverse leadership of the isles. (I just got to it first.)

Why are both world powers stuck? There’s a global situation to consider, but more narrowly, both nations went down the dead ends of liberalism, trashing domestic industries in the name of socialism and then globalism, embracing massive immigration and the international community, only to be left with nothing. Incompetent conservative reactions followed leaving the native population despondent and lacking any way forward.

American liberalism papered over its disaster with Barack Obama leading to a decade and a half of horror. Now the UK gets to pretend that breaking the glass ceiling is the only progress the nation needs.

Why actually deal with the problems when everyone can pat themselves on the back for the new tolerance?

Yeah. Selective focus and amplification of minor contributions. Hollywood propaganda techniques. It took a long time for all of us to understand what they were doing.

Always the focus on the guy in the back row, sticking out like a sore thumb.

But of course we have those evil photographs and films now, don’t we? One can simply look back at the past, which is just a few minutes ago now:

All the BBC twaddle about England as a land of swarming Othellos sorta evaporates when the reality is easy to see.

Sunak’s parents immigrated to the UK in the 60’s and he was not born until 1980, so he is no more foreign than any other second generation immigrant.

More to the point, the people of the UK don’t consider him a “foreigner” so why the heck do you think you get to be outraged for them?

As for Khan, he’s an idiot, but more people are angry at him over ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) charges than his ethnicity.

There is a huge difference between the BBC’s ultra PC casting and programming choices and elected public officials.

Gee, I don’t recall bringing them into the comment. The point made was: he isn’t British, or English (i.e., neither a Briton or an Anglo-Saxon). So why is he ruling the British people? Did they run out of 50th generation Englishmen to run their country? Don’t think so.

He was elected as MP by the voters of Richmond in Yorkshire. He was elected as Leader of the Conservative Party by both the Conservative Parliamentary Party and the membership of the Conservative Party. Lastly he was appointed as Prime Minister by the King.

Take it up with the British people, they did it.

Of course. But it’s important to remember that Rishi Sunak was elected by a constituency where people of his background a likely a majority, not unlike Representative Ilhan Omar. It was his party in Parliament that elevated him to the PM office.

Right now the leadership of Scotland, Wales, England and Ireland are all of non Scottish, Welsh, English and Irish heritage. Isn’t that a bit odd?

It's hard to be further from the truth than that statement. Richmond is an ancient (and beautiful) market town at the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Its population is predominately white British, with a high proportion of retirees. Richmond (and North Yorkshire generally) is rural Conservative heartland. It's been a safe Conservative seat for over a century.

I forgot that the UK doesn’t require that MPs don’t have to live in the districts they represent. So he ran in a safe district that will vote in a Conservative no matter what he or she looks like. Why do I find myself thinking of Blackadder?

He still had to be selected as candidate by the local Conservative Association - which, from my experience for them, are usually dominated by formidable elderly matrons. And he’s had a house in the constituency since elected.

“He was elected as MP by the voters ...”

That’s nice. Anyone can get themselves elected if they bring in enough of their own genetics to vote for them. Then all they have to do is get some crossover votes from the native traitor population. It’s known as the swing vote. Galloway was voted in by appealing to the Muslim “citizens”.

Once you change who “the people” are, it’s all pretty easy, right? Don’t need a majority. Just ethnic solidarity on your own side, and some crossover traitors to get you over the line.

If Rishi Sunak had been the only Hindoo kid in Richmond he would have continued on in life as a local oddity and nothing more. But with mass immigration into England since the mid 60s, he gets to ride that wave into supremacy over the English people....who isn’t part of.

You can engage in Leftist label cross dressing, but I don’t have to.

As for the British people “doing it”, it’s clear they didn’t. You can be assured that the Tommy Robinson’s of the Northlands had no participation in this whatsoever. It’s just some of the British people...and a bunch of people who are merely occupiers. Like the Mexican parasite population here.

And as for me “taking it up with them”, here’s the deal: I want nothing to do with them. My family left there 340 years ago, and we only went back to save their asses twice in the last century. A couple of our people got dead in that endeavor and considering the outcome, it was completely not worth losing them. Having a ceremony every November 11th is not much, you know? Even if the VFW does show up.

So if you and the “British” want to play word games and re-label everyone on the planet as “British” simply because they shoved their way into that space and squatted out some kids, you go right ahead and do that. The rest of us who aren’t into cross-dressing, transgender/nationalism don’t have to defend that with our lives or our money. They can deal with ethnic nationalists like Putin on their own. They will have no connection to us, and none of my kids are going to go anywhere to support their racial deconstructionism.

Translated: fight your own wars, foreigners. You’re not us anymore, and we ain’t you.

Enoch Powell laid out all of this some 56 years ago. You might want to listen to it. Film with audio is a Caucasian invention, you can magically go back in time to familiarize yourself with something from the past. Too bad you get to use that since you think there’s nothing particular about us or our history. Note that he predicted the exact situation you now shrug indifferently about.

And I suppose I have to be a little more honest about my “aith-nik” background: me granny was from Belfast, one of them Orange Irish who weren’t really Irish. Isn’t it interesting that the “Irish” don’t consider Orangemen to be Irish? Guess they don’t agree with you about crosslabeling. But we always celebrated July 12th just for fun, even if it was in Arizona.

And worse, supposedly I’m Cromwell’s 6th great nephew by marriage, but it’s probably one of those family name misunderstandings! But ya gotta luv those Roundheads. They created what was modern Britain...until Lay-Bore destroyed it.

At the last census, 97% of the electorate in Richmond, Yorkshire, (Sunak's constituency since entering Parliament) was white British.

And another fun fact...there have been Hindu MPs in the Commons, though not continuously, since 1892.

And how does that negate the statement?

Sunak would not be in a national office if there was not a critical mass of his co-ethnics in the country as a whole.

Good Lord, you do realize you’re harping on genetics and ethnicity to a man whose sister-in-law, niece and daughter are all dating black men?

Frankly you are coming off as racist enough to work in a DEI department.

For all my religious disagreements with Hinduism, Britain (and the United States) Indian populations (particularly the second generation onward) are quite thoroughly assimilated into the national culture. Your harping on ethnicity makes you look like an idiot.

Unverifiable assertion. Benjamin Disraeli became Prime Minister (and one of the greatest) in 1868 with no 'critical mass' of Jews in the UK. There's a far larger 'critical mass' of Muslims than Hindus in the UK. If your belief in cause and effect had any merit, would you not expect the ethnic factor to be a hindrance rather than an aid to the rise of a Hindu to such high office?

“If the men who fought in WWs 1 and 2 could have peered into the future they would have stood down immediately.”

Correct answer.

They were baited and switched.

“Good Lord, you do realize you’re harping on genetics and ethnicity to a man whose sister-in-law, niece and daughter are all dating black men?”

No. Why would I? You’re just some internet nobody posting under a comic book character handle. And why would I care what your problems are?

“Frankly you are coming off as racist enough to work in a DEI department”

Your immediate family will soon benefit from DIE to the detriment of mine. So it’s clear that the real racist looking for advantage will be y’all.

“are quite thoroughly assimilated into the national culture”

Hilarious. I don’t see anything like that. What I see is a bunch of avaricious, dishonest marauding foreigners taking advantage of a bunch of saps who give them preferences over their own people. You do know India is one of the most crooked, corrupt countries on Earth, right?

Ever seen an Indian turn down a college slot in favor of a White kid?

Advocate for abolishment of Affirmative Action (AKA anti-White discrimination)?

Or maybe tell the SBA to forego the loan guarantee that South Asians qualify for, but not native born White Americans?

Or turn down a job offer, saying no, I’d prefer to be judged on my merits, not my ethnicity? The Indian hiring manager at Intel would be rolling on the floor at the shared joke.

Whatta laff your crap is.

“you not expect the ethnic factor to be a hindrance”

Only back home where the war is.

In Merry Olde England, they know that getting someone who at least shares their genetics if not their religion is a win for all of them. Once they get some more in they can go back to blowing each other up. For now, they have a common enemy to wipe out...the English.
