Oren Barnea, secretary of the Vegetable Growers Association and a member of Saad's first response team, warned on Sunday, in an interview on the Kalman Lieberman program on Kan Reshet Bet, of irreversible damage caused to the agriculture around the Gaza Strip, and told how Hamas terrorists were engaged in destroying agriculture on the morning of October 7.
"We are at war and I understand that this war has had another aspect," said Barnea. "We are currently in a situation where if we do not take immediate action in next few days, there may be irreversible damage. We have to make 'online' decisions, whether to sow potatoes or not. One-third of Israel's potatoes are grown here."
He added that "Hamas actually wiped out the local agriculture. You may not know this, but there were groups of terrorists going over the faucet lines, destroying all the water pipes, thrashing the fertilizer tanks, setting fire to buildings, and irrigation pools, and destroying the infrastructure of the local agriculture."

I believe they are talking about damage to Israel’s agricultural infrastructure in the area near Gaza, that was sabotaged on October 7th.

My error. I read the first couple of lines thinking the Gazans destroyed their own food sources (which they’ve done before). However, I think the Israelis will find a temporary solution, as they always seem to do, to cover their losses and then prevent this from happening again. As for the people of Gaza, well, their experiencing a whole lot of of karma for what they started and will have to find another way of solving their problems, assuming they survive in the long term.

There was some insane kook a day or two ago saying "we've got to burn it all down so we can build the culture we want." She had done nothing productive with her life at all; she was always an "organizer" and commie rabble rouser. Her type doesn't know which end of a hammer to pick up.
The thought of the terrorists and "organizers" building anything is laughable.
Water pipes, fertilizer tanks, buildings, and irrigation pools can be replaced... all it takes is many BILLIONS of US Taxpayers’ monies. We’ll just print-up some more billions for aid, when we print-up many more billions for the corrupt Ukes.

I seem to recall the least favorite MRE in Desert Storm (at least for me) was the BBQ Pork and Rice. The Saudi guards would always steal our food on the gate, so one day I picked up the pork and left it out. Sure enough one of the guards started eating it. That was the last time they stole our food. They also had to keep me away from that post…that guard was going to kill me!

Another piece is, learn how to can and preserve what you grow or can buy at local farmer’s markets direct from the farmer.

Palestinians, as a people, hate Jews and Christians, they hate the USA (actually cheered for days after 9/11). They are terrorists at heart, best described by hundreds of Palestinian mothers offering their children to be used as suicide bombers.
When living in Jordan they were run off as undesirables as they were always causing trouble. Lebanon had them and ran them off for the same reasons. No Muslim country wants them.
So Obama, and now Biden, imports Palestinians into the USA, mostly to NYC and Michigan. He sent Somalia Muslims to Minneapolis. Why?? To improve the American IQ???? Or is it their plan to transform America as the two of them constantly preach. Transform America into what??

Maybe on the short term. But the US and Europe have been stuffing billions of dollars into Hamas during the past ten years with which modern towns have been built with up-to-date schools and hospitals, fancy restaurants and much “humanitarian” aid. And also, Iran helped spend those dollars on and underground city with tunnels and a military with modern arms, rockets and ammunition. They have been on “easy” street. But no more, Israel with their IDF are taking care of business.
