A Federal Judge in the last couple of weeks has ruled that Lindell must pay the 5 million he put up as a challenge to his data that was shown at the Cyber Symposium a couple of years ago.
The ruling supports the Arbitrator that ruled the same way.
Of course, Lindell is going to appeal and not pay the guy right now, I don’t think he will be offering any financial guarantees anytime soon.

I am pretty sure that the Supreme Court (whether State or Federal) is not the place to enter new evidence. Those places are to settle questions of law, not guilt or innocence.
If Mike thinks he is going to walk in with new evidence, they will slap him back pretty hard.

I like Mike, and applaud his efforts to try to bring evidence to court that the elections were stolen, but his many hears of coke abuse have unfortunately taken its toll on his mind. He doesn’t realize that by not paying, he is cuasing the unsaved to blaspheme God. His word is now unreliable, and the left use that to indicate that God’s people are liars.
He went up agaisnt the satanicly motivated left, and got hammered for it because the left control all the power in the nation right now- they own and control the courts, judges, prosecutors, cops, fbi, MSN, social media, etc etc etc- all of which conspired agaisnt Trump and anyone associated with him, to,suppress information and evid3nce that the elections were stolen- even antifa and blm were in on it, threatening to tear this nation apart if any of the evidence was brought to court and th3 cheating was exposed. They were successful in intimidating the courts as a result.
That is not to say however that another David can’t come along and defeat Goliath again using the law to expose the corruption of the left, but it has to be in God’s timing, and for whatever reason, God is allowing all the injustice to continue, and until God says otherwise, those fighting the good,fight are doing so,agaisnt the powers that be which control all the power, and our side won’t get far- although we must keep fighting, keep funding those who,are fighting on behalf of the nation and freedom, because without “The Rextrainer” (ie christians doing God’s work to stand up agaisnt evil), evil would have no opposition and life would literally be hell on earth with nothing to restrain the left.
Sure, maybe he’ll bring the kraken lawyer with him.

My understanding is that the evidence obtained by Tina Peters from her actual dominion machines in Colorado will be introduced to the court in this case as corroborating evidence to the stuff Liddell has. Her evidence may well be the stone that slew Goliath.

He should use the evidence in the recent Georgia case where computer science professor Halderman hacked into and changed votes on a Dominion machine using just a pen and a smart card. In the same court case, he also explained how he was able to easily fabricate an access card that allowed him to change software and delete the record of changes from the machine’s log.
What on Earth makes him think that the SCOTUS is going to give him the time of day? Things just don’t work like that. As it is, my understanding is that the Court won’t even be in session that day.
Usually you cannot bring evidence to the Supreme Court. You bring it at the lower court, and if necessary, the SCOTUS rules on whether the lower court got it right.
