WASHINGTON (AP) — Facing a barrage of super PAC money, more than 20 progressive groups are coming together to forcefully counter pro-Israel groups’ efforts to primary challenge liberal members who’ve been critics of Israel’s blistering military offensive in Gaza.
The coalition, called Reject AIPAC, includes Jewish peace organizations and Arab American and Muslim groups that have been organizing in record numbers since the Israel-Hamas war began in October.
Their efforts are a direct response to pro-Israel political action committees like the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, better known as AIPAC, that are pledging or planning to spend tens of millions of dollars to try to defeat Democratic members of the so-called “squad” in primaries and the general election this year. That campaign has turned the otherwise safely Democratic districts into election battlegrounds.

Leftists always accuse others of what they do.
They have “hate” down to an art form.
The Jew-hating Nazis are back. “Never again”. The azhos in this country said something similar, “Never Forget”, after 9/11. They pissed that lie away also.
How do Democrats thread this needle? Can they get the support of Jews and Jew haters?
so, will this effort push the jewish voters to repubs?
Regular Nazis. They got a free pass to kill babies now they want to kill Jews. So, how do you like turd rolling liberal Nazis so far?
so some terrorist attacks coming
Ping.
It was always there but the Jew-hating, extreme left was always muted. Now they’re in charge of the Democrat Party and the restraints have come off.
Probably not, but I do see a number of them not voting in November.
[How do Democrats thread this needle?]
I’ve wondered about that as well. They’re really going to have to juggle. And it will not work very well no matter what they do.
Hey, the offspring of the Democrats that owned slaves and pushed us into a shooting war in the 1860s have now regained the slavery of the offsprings of the blacks who were freed in the 1860s. History repeats again.
“...includes Jewish peace organizations...”
A lot of the “Jew” hating is coming from Jews themselves. 98% of all self-loathing JINO’s are in the USA. They are doing it to themselves thinking they will be spared execution when the Frankenstein Monster comes for them. It really is a mental disease.
“..I have never seen this much Jew hating in my life...” - nor I!!
These anti-Jew - pro PLO protestors are obviously well organized and well funded. And they have a Marxist stink about them.
Who are they, who is funding them, who is pulling the well organized strings????
Is it the antifa crowd?
The Democrats overwhelmingly have the support of Jews already and seemingly can do nothing to drive them away. Two of the most prominent Jews in Congress—doesn't matter how much we despise them, they're still prominent—Chuck Schumer and Adam Schiff are firmly with Biden despite his increasing hostility toward Israel including just this past week that he told Bibi Netanyahu they're going to have a "come to Jesus meeting" about Gaza and that he directed the US military to build a port for the Palestinians. That's on top of all the billions that Biden has sent to the Iranians who pretty much daily proclaim how they want to eliminate Israel and all Jews from the face of the earth.
There was barely a ripple of movement toward Republicans despite the four years of pro-Israel policies and actions by President Trump. Begin with him moving our embassy to Jerusalem which only got lip service from past administrations but he not only did it, but took a lot of heat domestically and internationally which he ignored because he was doing the right thing. (Let that be a lesson to all you handwringers who are upset that he mean tweeted widdle Jimmy Kimmel last night. Trump doesn't shy away from fights. You can claim he should pick his battles, but you're not the ones fighting the ones you think should be picked. He is. He fights them all. So STFU.)
Add to moving the embassy the peace agreements that his administration got between the Arabs and Israel, his destruction of ISIS, and, probably most important, his hardline against Iran with increased sanctions and military attacks. Every one of those made Israel safer, but it gained Republicans nothing which defies logic, but yet there it is. It's very much like minorities with the Democrats. There's an almost impenetrable wall of support no matter what happens.
“There’s an almost impenetrable wall of support no matter what happens.“
That’s the most accurate statement I have ever heard.
