Afederal judge on Friday dismissed a challenge from 21 states against a Biden administration program that allows 30,000 asylum-seekers into the U.S. from four countries each month.
U.S. District Judge Drew B. Tipton ruled that Texas and 20 other Republican-led states didn’t have legal standing in the lawsuit because they didn’t demonstrate suffered financial harm from the federal program, the Associated Press reported. The program lets a total of up to 30,000 asylum-seekers enter the U.S. each month from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela.
“In reaching this conclusion, the Court does not address the lawfulness of the Program,” Tipton wrote in his ruling.
The states argued that the program forces them to spend millions of dollars on health care, education, and public safety for the asylum-seekers.

3,600,000 per year is the legal limit? This can easily be pushed to an even higher number by some other judge. Who is going to enforce that number?
“Judge allows Biden admin program that lets in 30,000 asylum-seekers a month”
Seems to me that is only 360,000 per year and up to now it’s been 2 million per year under Traitor Joe.
👍🙂
You can’t get rid of the deep state if you keep appointing and nominating deep staters.
That said, I read the Memorandum Opinion and Order and I can see why the Judge ruled the way he did.
Dump every single tattooed MS-13 creep in his neighborhood month after month after month and see what happens.
“ In sum, when deciding whether a state has been injured for Article III standing purposes, the Fifth Circuit reviews whether the numbers of aliens, and the associatedamount expended because of them, increased relative to those same numbers prior to the implementation of the challenged program.”
Here, “The Parties do agree, however, that the record establishes that the number of CHNV nationals entering the United States since the Program’s implementation has dramatically decreased by as much as 44 percent. Plaintiffs, therefore, are unable to demonstrate that they have been injured by the Program, and as a result, they lack standing to bring these claims.”
Hence, Texas has no standing.
This is nauseating. Let this bastard house them.
Fixed it for ya.
Judges like most hacks lie about anything until they get they get the job and then the lobbyists take over as we have seen time and time again.
People have a record of their past USE THEM.
That was the job of the Senate. A President has enough on their plate. Especially if that resident wasn’t an insider to begin with.
Lies, damned lies, and statistics. It takes at least 4 times longer to get a doctor's or driver's license appointment since the Biden gang took over.
Casper Drew’s kiddies won’t be going to school with the jungle thug children that he’s letting in. Nope, private schools at $32K/yr don’t got no favella dwellers.
But eventually the financial fences fall too. Ask the maroons of Los Angeles what happened to all their nice suburbs that are now 85% “hispanic” and dominated by a word salad of gangs.
This judge has been paid off.
“Some of Trump’s nominees have not been the best and once they are confirmed, they are beyond reach.”
*************
I’ve seen nothing to indicate that Trump intends to be more discriminating with respect to the people he selects if he get’s elected again. I support him but it often appears that he is not a good judge of character. JMHO
The system isn’t set up that way things have to change.
“1. MEDICAID / HEALTHCARE
2. WELFARE / FOOD STAMPS
3. FREE HOUSING
4. DRIVERS LICENSE
5. EDUCATION FOR KIDS
6. CITIZENSHIP FOR BABIES BORN HERE”
All of these entitlements except licenses were extended to them by court decision after court decision starting in the 1980s. Plyler v. Doe being the first big one.
Once they’re here they will get everything and more. So NO, it isn’t “OK” to let them “come in”.
All of those work for me...
But we’ll need to restore our republic to achieve them.
Does 30k mean the number they claimed entered, the actual number at check points or does that include the number they never documented?
