Fortunately there is also a database of federal government employees (including those in the FBI and CIA as well as all other “security” bureaus). Many of these readily identifiable people need to be sent back into the free market to find jobs at best and incarcerated at worst.

The thing about databases is they are easy to create but expensive and difficult to keep current. Entropy kicks in.
A database grows to too much information, it overwhelms decisions.
But that doesn’t keep them from using a database.
