Tell me again how NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.
> It was actually a quote from Al Gore, when he got caught taking money from foreign groups.
Yes, I recognized it (I was just trying to avoid being pedantic).
Can’t wait to see what the state has to say.
the following may be relevant

might it be reasonable to presume that defendants would choose to lodge complaints against Willis and/or Wade with the Georgia Bar while waiting for Governor Kemp’s signature on the new state ethics code?
(according to the Fulton County ethics board), the Fulton County ethics board lacks jurisdiction over the Fulton County DA position to review/reprimand/remove the Fulton County DA for malfeasance.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Thats bull crap.
THe COunty has jurisdiction over all who spend their alloted funds. It does not matter who it was if misapropriatiom of finds are involved, because such misapropriation is not within any otherwise protected jurisdiction.
Fawni, is allegedly misappropriating county funds, was not acting as a member of the judiciary branch, she was acting criminally on her own as an ordinary citizen.
Therefore the County does have jurisdiction over the misappropriatopm of funds alleged.

However, the controlling authority over ordinary citizens at the county level violating state law is (at least, i would imagine it to be) the county DA, who is fani...
Barring the possibility of fani indicting herself, an alternative might be (?) the georgia state DA, who is Chris Carr (R):

There are never any consequences for government officials even for the most egregious malfeasances. This holds for every government from the corrupt local town to the US federal government and everything in between.
TYhe question of prposecution is moot.
The questio os whether the County Board of Commissioners have the jurisdiction to conduct an inquiry into the apparent misappropriation of COunty funds by Willis. That has nothing to do with interfering with supervision of an officer of the court or officer of the judiciry.
An udit inquiry into theuse of its funds i copletely within all foooour corners of the county’s jurisdiction.
If the inquiry finds funds were misappropriated, the evidenc and findings are forwarded to a prosecutor in the ordinary course of County Commissioner’s oversight of use of its funds.

I confess that I like the way you think (kudos).
However, ...
https://fultoncountyga.gov/commissioners
just assessing by clairvoyance alone (ahem), the Fulton County board of commissioners seems to me to be majority-Amish. I wonder if this would change your impression of the likelihood that a board of commissioners audit represents a realistic route to routing Fani...
other (not necessarily related) questions:
what might be Fani’s anticipated defense to a georgia state DA led investigation?
what might be Fani’s anticipated defense to a georgia state bar led investigation?
also, does receiving a pecuniary benefit as a side result of prosecuting a case imply a conflict of interest in prosecuting that case? (i would say yes) (standard disclaimer)
it is interesting that
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/conflict-of-interest.asp
lists “hiring an unqualified ... friend” as a potential conflict of interest.
.
Who didn’t see the RATS rising to this level of corruption?
just for the record, macdougald on behalf of clark cites O.C.G.A 15-18-2:
https://law.justia.com/codes/georgia/2010/title-15/chapter-18/article-1/15-18-2/
2010 Georgia Code
TITLE 15 - COURTS
CHAPTER 18 - PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS
ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 15-18-2 - Oath of office
O.C.G.A. 15-18-2 (2010)
15-18-2. Oath of office
The district attorney shall take the following oath:
“I do swear that I will faithfully and impartially and without fear, favor, or affection discharge my duties as district attorney and will take only my lawful compensation. So help me God.”
(note: although there is apparently no record that wade was sworn in with this oath, perhaps the reasoning is that wade is still bound by it simply by his appearances at the court along with his de facto function in the DA’s office as the “special prosecutor” for the Trump, et al. RICO case, or that he took the oath, and it was just not properly recorded.)
She lied under oath. She’s an attorney. Disbarment should be straightforward in a sensible world.
However, if the Georgia bar is like most state bars, it is dominated by PI attorneys, who are huge contributors to the D machine. So we probably don’t live in a sensible world.
thank GOD for this board and its members
where/ who else does these poor people get remembered.
they said a rear end collusion blew up the gas tank.
pu-lease....it wasnt a 71 Pinto.
the engine block was blown out of the
front of the car completely
( by a rear explosion ?)
and blew it over 100 feet away from the car .
100 feet.
thats a c4 explosion
not even a 71 pinto explosion can do that
thats a car bomb
all to save the
Rrr-Democracy Pirate Party criminal and rino cartel cohorts and comrades.
what might be Fani’s anticipated defense to a georgia state bar led investigation?>>>>>>>
Fawni would say that her private life of humping and screwing using romance money from Federal, State, and County Government is her private life and not anyones busioness.
Fawni has a right of privacy, therefore the bar association has no jurisdiction to hear any complaint involving her non professional private life.(sarc.)
As far as a criminal investigation Fawni would say the same, since no crime was committed, she has a reasonable expectation of privacy because there is no probable cause that a crime has been committed. Fawni has a right as a healthy black woman to use her sunshine pu$$y in private in any manner she chooses with womever she chooses.(sarc.)
You can’t make this stiff up. The race card is being heavily played.
Note to self: if involved in sensitive testimony in Georgia, do not drive on I-16 near Savannah . . .
The more important thing to watch is the complaint made to the Bar...and the testimony of Merchant which has already occurred and can be found on line.
Perjury is a crime. They should both lose their license. And no license....no job.
I truly expect them to resign before McAfee tells them to polish their resumes.
She can tell daddy...don't worry, I have plenty under the mattress...Thank you daddy for teaching me to do laundry.
