The Georgia State Senate Special Committee on Investigations Wednesday morning heard testimony from Trump RICO co-defendant Michael Roman’s attorney, Ashleigh Merchant.
In a previous court filing, Michael Roman revealed Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis “financially benefited” from a romantic relationship with top Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade.
Merchant testified on her conversations with Nathan Wade’s former law partner and divorce attorney Terrence Bradley.
Merchant testified that Fani Willis indeed visited the Biden White House and met with Kamala Harris prior to the Trump RICO indictment.
According to publicly available records, Fani Willis visited the White House and met with Kamala Harris in February 2023 – several months before the Trump RICO indictment.

It appears from the link that I posted that other places are also considered as visiting the Whitehouse and and that’s why they appear in the logs.
The photo is a record that she visited at the VP Residence. It is a White House record............but not entrance to the White House.

thanks (i had been looking for something like this). if it is accurate (and i believe it stands a good chance of being accurate), then imho the defense lawyers should have caught this. and when considered in combination with sen. harold jones (D) filibustering over relatively minor technicalies during his committee questioning time, it seems apparent that the democrat strategy in regards to this affair is to sweep everything under the rug as quickly as possible.

fani seems to have been accompanied by “stephen t. willis.” i wonder who he is (since fani has two daughters by her first husband, fred willis) (perhaps a stepson?)

Regarding the cell phone data that Merchant is presenting to the committee, I posted this on Tuesday responding to a FReeper who asked why the Senate committee wanted to question Ashleigh Merchant:

What are they going to ask her?In my opinion, the Georgia Senate committee is subpoenaing Ashleigh Merchant to allow her to get into a public record the rest of the text messages that the Georgia DA prosecutors were objecting to in the Willis hearing last week.
Those text messages will then give the Senate committee the power to subpoena Bradley himself to testify to the misconduct of the Fulton County DA's office. The question will be whether Bradley thinks that lying to the Georgia Senate is worse than lying to the Fulton County Superior Court. Just how afraid of Willis is Bradley when he becomes the target of the Georgia Senate?
The domino after that is whether Wade, and then Willis, will keep up their stonewall in the state legislature or will they retreat and step down?
Once Merchant's texts are submitted into evidence with the Senate committee, it will be impossible for Judge McAfee to ignore the entirety of it in his courtroom.
Despite the objections of Abbate, I don't see how McAfee can play dumb and not recognize the Senate's evidence along with his own. If he tries to put blinders on and hide behind the technicality that he can only consider evidence brought before him and nothing else, then I believe he will be committing political suicide if he has higher career ambitions.

The picture is cut off. I watched two hours of it. The location of that event which is not included says White House side lawn /tent. She was on the White House grounds. This might prove (what what you say) that fanni was alone with VPOTUS in transport to the White House.
