Russia successfully went two days without losing another military plane, but instead they lost a $65 million dollar warship. Dimitry Medvedev gave a presentation in which he proudly asserted Russia’s genocidal mission that all of Ukraine must be destroyed and that Russia’s borders do not end anywhere and their wars of imperialism will last forever. German officers were recorded by Russian intelligence discussing sending taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine.

2. British military totals around 200,000 personnel.
3. German military totals around 200,000 personnel.

5. Ukraine's military totals around 3,000,000 personnel.
6. Russia's military totals around 3.300,000 personnel.

All of these are Wiki-numbers, of course.

Your "total victory over Russia" is a matter of definitions.
If you compare Ukraine's achievements to Russia's recently stated goals, Ukrainians already achieved partial victory.

But Ukraine's first and main war goal is the return of Crimea and I doubt if they will stop fighting until that is somehow achieved, perhaps long after Vlad the Invader has met his Maker in h*ll.
