I’m a little slow. Can someone tell me what is so significant about the affair starting in 2019 vs 2022?
2. 2019 is long before Queen Fani signed the contract with his firm
Hiring one's lover (which she initially tried to hide or claim occurred later), who is then paid Government money, often in untraceable cash, to engage in a political prosecution, seems an awful lot like a money-laundering scam.
Standards for Prosecutors must be very high, and have traditionally been so, to preserve faith in the legal system
Even one lie, not the dozen or so she has committed already, should be enough to get a prosecutor removed from a case.
It means that if she had a sexual relationship with him PRIOR to his having been contracted by her for consulting a CLEAR PROOF of conflict of interests exists. IOW, corruption.
The whole debacle smells like week old fish. She was having sex with him prior, she did not get approval from the City Council to hire him, and she and he lied in affidavits and in their testimony. Further, there is no reasonable doubt that the other lawyers in the DA’s office didn’t know about it all AND they are complicit. The who DA’s office should be disqualified and the case thrown out with prejudice.

Several things. 1) It proves that there was a conflict of interest when Fani hired Wade to prosecute the case. 2) Aside from the conflict of interest of hiring a boyfriend, who was not really qualified for the position, she paid him more than any other contractual prosecutor, and personally benefitted financially by doing so. 3) It proves that they committed perjury and a fraud upon the court during the investigation of the allegations of the affair.
Supposedly under Georgia ethic rules, it is less bad...
I love you so much...and I can show with this great job...and we can travel and buy expensive wine...but don’t you worry...you don’t have to spend any money on me...I’ll reimburse you for any of the Hotels with one bed that we shared. You see Nathan....my daddy told me to always keep cash for laundering...no...not at the Laundromat silly...
