Democrats are hypocrites. There is plenty of reason to deny Biden if their ridiculous ruling would have succeeded.

Expect never ending wailing and whining if the same ridiculous rules that were applied to Trump were applied to Biden.

Just proves that Liberal leftist judges are idiots and don’t care about logic and reasoning. The judiciary in Colorado isn’t worth sh!t.

They did rule that after the election is over, if Trump wins Congress can not come back and claim 14 th amendment to bar him from taking office.

Can Trump now file suit in Federal Courts against any State official who tried to keep him off the ballot for violating Trump’s Constitutional Right! You know the Libs would do that if the shoe was on the other foot. Lawfare is a two way street!

Not to toot my own horn, but this is the result I’ve repeatedly predicted in these pages. Doing otherwise would be a direct and immediate threat to the entire electoral system and end the Republic. Even the leftists in the court would not go there

Waiting for Schumer to appear, to warn them they’ll reap the whirlwind if they don’t behave.

Jackson, Kagen, Sotomayor have issued a joint concurrence.

The 3 lowest IQs on the Supreme bench. Agenda-driven, not Constitution-driven.

I’m convinced there are paid ops here.

I don't know about paid, but otherwise I agree. There are disguised Dems here operating as disruptors attempting to sway opinion away from conservative positions and candidates.

Biden has shown that there are no consequences for ignoring Supreme Court decisions. What happens if state authorities decide to ignore this one?

A resounding jurisprudential bitch-slap to the face of the Maine Secretary of State, Shenna Bellows, who is an ignoramus of first rank!
