When this assh0le is tossed out of office, I sure hope it’s
against the wall across the street, and leaves a three inch
imprint.

Along with each individual’s guaranteed right to cast a vote; is the qovernment’s guarantee that no ineligible, non-valid voter will be permitted to vote and potentially cancel that vote with a corrupt contrary vote. Mr. Garland is gaslighting the folks.

We can thank Joe Biden for creating the "Biden Rule" that McConnell invoked to keep Garland off of SCOTUS.

And, Merrick Garland is an idiot of the highest order.
His focus has been in support of SloJo and Ho, and their plan to destroy America.
He needs to be removed from office, indicted for treason, malfeasance, and nonfeasance. He should be tried, found guilty, and sentenced to spend the rest of his miserable life in the worst prison in the Federal system.

Are any of the blacks buying into the argument that blacks can’t get an ID? If so, are they unable to get one? Do they have friends who can’t get figure out how to get one? If this oft repeated story makes sense to them, it is a real-life example of what Orwell termed doublethink.

“That is why we are challenging efforts by states and jurisdictions to implement discriminatory, burdensome, and unnecessary restrictions on access to the ballot, including those related to mail-in voting, the use of drop boxes, and voter ID requirements,” Garland said. What an anti-American scumbag.

Is not having ID restrictive to getting welfare benefits or going to the liquor store? If you need ID for that you need it to vote.

“The right to vote is the cornerstone of our democracy, the right from which all others flow.”
The right to vote is important, but it’s hardly the cornerstone of “our democracy” (the tell again). Our founding document, The Declaration of Independence, says our rights come from Nature and Nature’s God. The Constitution speaks very little about the ‘right to vote’ except in amendments that say who cannot be excluded from voting based on: race, sex, over the age of 18 or failure to pay a poll tax.
But obviously expecting a certain demographic to be able to get photo ID or actually drop their ballot at a polling place is expecting too much of them.

It is discrimination. It discriminates against Democrats who want to steal elections.

Voter ID does not discriminate against legally protected classes such as race. It does, however, discriminate against liars, thieves, cheaters, and criminals. No wonder Democrat politicians fear voter ID.

I agree, but we already see folks using fake IDs. The ink method restricts illegal voting to one-per.
