RNC sues Nevada State Secretary Aguilar alleging poor maintenance of voter rolls
Of Nevada’s 17 counties, the RNC highlighted five that they asserted were likely in violation.
The Republican National Committee and Nevada GOP on Monday filed a lawsuit against Nevada Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar alleging that the state has failed to maintain accurate voter registration records.
They specifically point to the National Voter Registration Act and contend that a litany of irregularities indicated that Aguilar has failed to fulfill his duties and comply with the NVRA. Of Nevada’s 17 counties, the RNC highlighted five that they asserted were likely in violation.
At least three counties, they claim, have more registered voters than adult citizens while at least two have registration rates above 90%, which is well above the statewide average.

A 52-year-old woman was found murdered and concealed in a duffel bag in her late mother's Manhattan apartment, following a violent confrontation with squatters, NYPD officials reported on Thursday.
...Nadia Vitel, the victim, had recently traveled from Spain and was preparing her mother's vacant 19th-floor apartment on East 31st Street for a family friend to move into. Upon her arrival, she encountered two unauthorized occupants, a man, and a woman in their 20s, according to New York Post....
...Following the assault, the suspects absconded with Vitel’s Lexus, eventually crashing it near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
The NYPD was delayed in linking the car to the crime due to initial investigative oversights by Pennsylvania police....

🚨BREAKING: Shareholders have just voted to make Trump Media & Technology Group, the parent company of Truth Social, a publicly traded company. This could net Trump a windfall of $4 billion. The President would need to seek a waiver to liquidate his stock before the end of a lockup period in order to use the cash to secure a $450 million bond in the Letitia James, “Get Trump” fraud case to then appeal the decision. Trump has nearly $500 million in cash, but experts claim he needs $1 billion in cash to secure a bond that size.
The merger approval means TMTG stock will trade on Nasdaq as “DJT” as early as next week.

It’s the building on the left to the cleaners. I’m trying to figure out how that becomes a 19 story building. May do a drive by on my next trip.
There’s a “Word Yoga Community” at that address.
Only a RE agent or management would know the mother passed away. This had to be an inside job letting the squatters in.
Just found it’s a “T” shaped property. There has to be another entrance on Third avenue.
