I don’t do needles. I do acupressure sometimes. My PT offered to stick needles in my muscle knots, and I was in so much pain I was thinking about it, but it has improved the last few days.

Yes and spent that day with my other aunt that just lost her husband, my mother’s brother and it was worth coming home late last night. We know she’s still grieving but of course all we did among a lot of things, was talk about how we need president trump or our country will just get worse. We are all so political. But it’s the worse thing any of us have seen in our lifetime in terms of the rapid decline the corrupt Biden regime has taken US!
