I don’t do needles. I do acupressure sometimes. My PT offered to stick needles in my muscle knots, and I was in so much pain I was thinking about it, but it has improved the last few days.
I’m not fond of them (acupuncture needles), either.
But ... I did go, a while back, for what was feeling like arthritis in my thumb/hand.
Haven’t had that pain, since. 🤞🏼
