How would Oregone know whether the water came from the sky or earth??
When I bought my "country" house, I wanted grey water to be diverted into watering the garden. Plumbers thought I was crazy. Not so. I was being lazy. What's wrong with watering the garden while taking a shower or bath? It's called multitasking! Dirt goes back to where it came from!
After watching the vid, I wanted to tell the protesters to go back to their tribes... and get more exercise.
Sad thing is those brain numb progressive keep electing lawmakers who pass those insane laws and regulations.

Don’t know if it’s true or my friend is kookoo. She says in Colorado it is illegal to store rain water. After a rainfall she goes around her property and empties any vessel that accumulated rainwater.
I can see doing that to stop mosquitos from breeding, but she never mentioned that angle.
I do wonder if it’s illegal to have a glass of drinking water on a picnic table. Maybe if it’s bottled, no fine will be given?

Julian Assange’s U.S. defense attorney, Barry Pollack, responded to the report by saying that as far as his office has seen, there is no indication that the government is easing up on its determination to seek his extradition.
Pollack said in a statement provided to the Gateway Pundit, “It is inappropriate for Mr. Assange’s lawyers to comment while his case is before the UK High Court other than to say we have been given no indication that the Department of Justice intends to resolve the case and the United States is continuing with as much determination as ever to seek his extradition on all 18 charges, exposing him to 175 years in prison.”
I watched the whole hearing.
