New York’s Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul is moving forward with her plan to retool the Civil Service Commission to put illegal aliens at the head of the line for state jobs.
At the end of January, Hochul approved a plan for the state to hire 4,000 illegal aliens for entry-level state jobs. Not only is the state preparing to put illegals at the head of the line, but the plan Hochul approved eliminates several requirements for illegals to be eligible for the jobs.
The rules requiring applicants to take the civil service exam and to have a high school diploma have been eliminated.
The aim is to get illegals into state jobs faster once they get approved work permits.

I hear the State is having problems finding people to take the Correctional Officer’s test. Sounds like an answer to some of your problems Kathy. Criminals guarding criminals. What could possibly go wrong?
They already did that in the 80's with affirmative action, giving extra points on the tests to minorities. I know, I was one of the white females on a promotional exam who saw people with lower scores get promoted ahead of me, simply because they were black or hispanic. I lost five years of seniority in that job title, lost money, and because I hadn't been promoted when I should have been, I wasn't eligible to take the next promotional exam, while those with lower scores that had been promoted, were eligible.

Yep, I grew up in NYC and I’ve given up on it, it’s beyond repair now especially after last November where the idiots voted 89% democrat.
The only thing I think that can save it is if the media and the whole educational system from Kindergarten to the universities completely eliminate the Marxists that are doing all this damage which is never going to happen, so put a fork in it, NYC is done. NOPE. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that compulsory union membership is illegal for public service. No one who works for the Government can be required to join the union.
