I’m beginning to think that these were placed there for a “plan B” of sorts.
Once that girl was shot inside the capital building through the neck, they didn’t need the pipe bomb.

They had a special temporary “remote situation room” in operation at the other end or ends. It could’ve been set up so that participating “stakeholders” all worked in separate locations instead of it being conducted in a common onsite location. Unfortunately, there are probably no records of any money to follow that could lead back to it.
The pipe bombs were fakes placed there by operatives working for Deep State actors in furtherance of the J6 false flag.

Has it occurred to anyone to ask the officers under oath why they treated a weapon of mass destruction in such a cavilier manner? That would be interesting! I am sure there is a reason.
