@ChadPergram
1) Johnson: Despite the counterproductive rhetoric in Leader Schumer’s letter, the House has worked nonstop, and is continuing to work in good faith, to reach agreement with the Senate on compromise government funding bills in advance of the deadlines.
2) Johnson: Our position is that of the American people and our mission is to take steps to rein in Democrats’ overspending and policies that are harming the economy, raising prices, and making everyday life harder for our constituents.
3) Johnson: Leader Schumer’s letter fails to mention that many of the points still being debated come from new Democrat demands that were not previously included in the Senate bills.
4) Johnson: At a time of divided government, Senate Democrats are attempting at this late stage to spend on priorities that are farther left than what their chamber agreed upon.
5) Johnson: This is not a time for petty politics. House Republicans will continue to work in good faith and hope to reach an outcome as soon as possible, even as we continue to insist that our own border security must be addressed immediately.

This, of course, is a nice sentiment; however, when dealing with Democratic/Communists, this is akin to bringing a knife
to a gun fight.
I suppose we can be glad that he’s not being censored for opposing lying $chumer as he would have been on Twitter.
Shut. It. Down.
“..steps to rein in Democrats’ overspending and policies that are harming the economy”
This is dishonest. The GOPe and the rats worked TOGETHER on raising the debt limit that is being pissed away and is only 10 months away from happening again.
The democrats will make a deal on the border then DO NOTHING
It has been “shut down” 20-25 times-on avg 85% did not shut down.
Shut down as defined by those who define riots as peacefests and as emergent as climate change.
A big flashing sign from above, over the dark skies of DC announcing
GAME OVER
That’s what I’d like to see.
I would prefer to see “the government”, instead of “shuttin her down”, to layoff 1/2 of every agency in an effort to achieve a 50% reduction in federal employment (excluding the military).
Then, leave it PERMANENT.
This will shape up to be an interesting week.
He very diplomatically called Schmuckey a liar. That’s sending the right message to the right clown.
Hope he sticks to his word.
This DS grift operation, over the safety of America and AMERICAN citizens, is waaaaaaay past its sham sell date.
Good thing they refused to advance the bill that was hammered out and passed in a bipartisan senate vote to address border security.
All the Senate Bill did was codify Biden's lawbreaking. He has the capability to close the border without any new legislation. The Senate bill would've made things worse thing the next president's . Either you don't know what you're talking about or you're lying.
Johnson seems to be doing what he can given he has a thin majority and lots of squish. Like Trump before him one man can only do some much.
The fundamental problem is we need a larger and stronger team.
Good!
No matter what happen, Republicans will be blamed for the catastrophe coming.
He’s just another shill. These are the most disingenuous times we live in. The Ukraine cabal will be exposed for who they are soon enough.
