Why is Marquette Law School Poll conducting a nationwide election survey? What does that have to do with studying law? From the recent judicial decisions we’ve seen lately, not much law is being taught in the nation’s law schools. The leftist American Bar Association has a monopoly on accreditation and it shows.

National polls don’t mean much in presidential elections. Far more relevant is who’s leading in the swing states. And the last time I checked Trump is ahead in all of them.
