Black biker gangs. There are those who are Trump supporters who despise these kind of Marxists. That would be ironic and fitting. But better would be the 8th Amendment applied directly to these new Tories abusing an American Patriot. These are Tories whom the Founders wrote the 8th Amendment and yes the 2nd Amendment to be directed. These are the “eaters out of the substance” Thomas Jefferson wrote about in the Declaration of Independence. A new name for them— New Tories— the Marxist Left of the Statist regime of a State— New York.
Instead of spending money to campaign, money he wouldn't get back even if he became prez again, Trump is spending money to defend himself and his constitutional rights, money he might get back on appeal and countersuit. All while it increases his popularity more than spending on campaigning.
NYC will spend that money fast as in a New York Minute!.............

It seems to me if NY seized properties it is not like changing the locks on the doors. It would be a total **** show. They would be seizing cash flows. Who is going to pay for building maintenance, employees, trash pickup and etc? I am sure there are outstanding loans on the properties as well.

The reason people think real estate is overpriced is because of people with wealth bidding it up.
The true value of something is whatever someone else is willing to pay for it. In the case of real estate, location is everything. The wealthy buy up the beachfront properties, the properties near lush rivers and lakes, islands, etc., because they can.
Envy of another's wealth expressed in the form of "overpriced real estate" is not a reason to take someone to court and strip them of their wealth.
In my opinion, of course...

In a free market society, properties are worth whatever someone is willing to pay for them. It doesn't matter what your, or the judge's opinion is. $18 million for Mara-a-Lago is a joke.
