If the poo hits the fan, the traditional family will come back into favor.

Pretty much true.
If you break apart families you get rid of much of the danger of rebellion.
Shuffle people around so they never have a chance to make friends they can trust and you have almost entirely removed the chance of any uprising.

But intact black families are more successful then intact white families in general.

Some people say married men live longer than single men. Other say it just seems that way.

Is Dan Quayle strongly anti-Trump?
To: Rummyfan
Let’s be clear. Being married with children is in general a much healthier situation than being single with children. Period. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar.

Single women vote Dem. Married women vote Republican. Just one of the reasons.

My ex and I divorced after ten years. It just didn’t work - I was not an ideal husband nor was she an ideal wife. But we worked together on the kids and they have all turned out okay - IMHO. Sometimes you just have to make the best of it. Do I wish we had had a happy marriage? Yes. I have eight siblings... half divorced at some point, half have already celebrated 30 - 40 - 50 year anniversaries. The kids... well, a mixed bag but all generally successful. C’est la vie.

I don’t know if Quayle has ever publicly said anything about Trump.

My wife is one of four. Her brother is on #3, one sis has 4 exes the other married twice, widowed on second time.
My younger brother was gay (deceased), other married 50 years and a widower.
Our parents divorced after we two older kids had left home. My father stayed because my mother was so unstable and he knew in the 60s he’d never get custody. Needed to protect us.

Remember how Dan Quayle was crucified on this subject? Leftist Big Media attacked him because he was RIGHT.
The current attacks on Donald Trump differ only in degree, not in kind.

Dan Quayle hasn't been involved in politics for decades.

You do what you have to do for the best of the children. That’s what I always told myself and what I tried to live by.

On those occasions that my wife and I are stretched thin, I wonder how single parents survive. Every day I pray that nothing will happen to my wife or I so one of us wouldn’t have to face that.
