Another one bites the dust
Good riddance
LOL!
Since Moscow seems to like using these for weapons storage, and maybe launching platforms for low-tech Iranian drones, I'd say it was worth the expenditure of ordnance.
If the USAF is the world’s largest distributor of MiG parts, then Ukraine is the world’s largest manufacturer of Russian submarines …
Drones have been an absolute game changer. The cost of one/more drones versus the cost of a ship is mind boggling.
LOL
(you forgot to add - the Russian warship was sunk by a country with no Navy)
So long as the targets haven't evolved defenses. The US Navy seems to be doing pretty well against the stuff Iran is throwing up. I like their use of the CIWS the other day. Very cheap in that it only expends a thousand or so 20mm rounds instead of a multi-million-dollar missile. Lasers will do even better. Bring 'em on!
Oh it ain't gonna go to war no more
It ain't gonna go to war
It sank and gets eternal rest
It really wasn't Russia's best
As a substitute for a conventional navy, Ukraine has an improvised drone navy composed of increasingly sophisticated seaborne drones that are mostly submerged and against which Russia has little in the way of effective defenses. I hope that Taiwan and the Philippines are taking notes.
We regularly hear about Ukraine’s guerilla war victories. But we don’t hear about their battlefield victories. Why is that?
We also don’t hear about any Russian battlefield victories - guess there’s nothing to report

___
But Ukraine shot down a bomber and sank a boat…
Dorothy, Please ignore the man behind the curtain and the Russian advances on the ground
