We need to ‘wall off’ our money by real property and middle class income tax caps in the state and federal constitutions.
The battle for these caps will gain Republicans votes.
Fighting against such caps will cost Democrats votes.

C’mon, this is obvious. This is an attempt to shore up the illegal support for any illegal voters who were contemplating voting for Trump.
This sounds like a never-Trumper article. Until recently, with Colorado and New York running out of money, due to illegals, and Illinois voters outraged that illegals are getting funding, that is supposed to go to voters. This will increase Trump’s winning vote by 10%.
“Lock her up” was a campaign pledge until Trump ended up hosting and toasting her and her husband at his inaugural luncheon.
