Republican Sen. Rick Scott (FL) called on President Joe Biden’s cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment on Thursday, following revelations from Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report about Biden’s deteriorating mental state.
“This report labels Biden as a ‘well meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.’ That does not describe someone who should be the Commander in Chief of our armed forces and the defender of American freedoms,” Scott said in a post to X.

I think the topic was touched on in the Supreme Court hearing today: Harris can be vice-president but cannot assume the office of president. So maybe they sneak in Newsome. I’m going to listen to the hearing today where they talked about constitutional eligibility.
Leave Biden as president? No way, he could and might start a war. He’s already taking illegal actions, with Congress’ silence, to open the border, cancel student loan debts, etc. Nine months more, no way.

Not an issue. All we can hope for is that she is rises to the occasion and that she will seek help from the right people.
Well if Harris isn’t allowed to be POTUS and Joe is removed, either by 25th, by fate or by Democratic martyr operation then we’d get Pres. Johnson. We could live with that for a few months. But, if that scenario were ever to become likely the natural Rat response would be for Harris to resign and for Dementia Joe to nominate preferred sub as VP for Senate confirmation, prior to Joe leaving. If they’re unable to pull that off, look for sudden deaths in the House GOP ranks enough to make Jeffries the new Speaker and surprise President.
And if that causes the same policies to work more efficiently? That might be less embarrassing for the US but the damage to border and economy might be worse.

It was obvious the 25th should have been revoked shortly after noon on January 21, 2021... along with funding medical science to perfect testicular and spinal transplants for Republican politicians.
I think Harris - because of gender and skin color - will be the untouchable presumptive 2024 Democratic nominee because there is so little time - less than nine months - before the election.
I wonder if Newsom would accept the Vice President nomination?
