Doesn’t this blow parts of Jackboot Smith’s case out of the water? Aren’t most of the charges against Trump for willful retention of classified documents?

Leftists are allowed to mishandle classified documents without punishment. Biden. Hillary. Have a conservative do that, and they would be destroyed.
I worked with classified information for 30+ years in my career, and if I had done 1/10th of what Biden or Hillary had done, I would have lost my job, been barred from working on classified information, and there would be a good chance I would have been fined and seen prison time.
