JERUSALEM, Israel — U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken made the shocking accusation late Wednesday night during a press briefing in Israel’s capital that Israel is “dehumaniz[ing]” Palestinians in Gaza because of the humanitarian toll of the war in Gaza.
“Israelis were dehumanized in the most horrific way on October 7th,” Blinken said. “The hostages have been demonized every day since. But that cannot be a license to dehumanize others.” He did not provide any evidence that Israel has been “dehumanizing” Palestinians, but simply seemed to suggest that the suffering of Palestinian civilians who “had nothing to do with the attacks of October 7th” was a form of dehumanization. “We cannot, we must not, lose sight of our common humanity,” Blinken declared.
The accusation — which resonates with claims made by Israel’s critics and enemies, including at the International Court of Justice at The Hague — was part of Blinken’s prepared text; it was not a gaffe or an off-the-cuff remarks made in the heat of the moment.

There’s nothing left to dehumanize...
NWO/CIA backed monkeys killing Syrians, fixed it for you.
They created the Jew hating monster. They have to live with it.
“There are no friendly civilians “ - John J. Rambo
You omitted that Putin backed Assad with weaponry and special forces from Putin's chef Yevgeny Prigozhin/ Trump blasted 300 of them Wagner Group in Syria.
With respect, Blinken (actually respect is my word for “you stinking dirtbag), for one to be ‘dehumanized’ one would have to have been ‘human’ in the first place.
that was my thinking.
there si nothing israel can do to dehumanize the palestinians who danced after 9/11, 10/07 after beheading babies, raping women, taking hostages, putting children in cages, and pushing homos off buildings.
“Israelis were dehumanized in the most horrific way on October 7th,” Blinken said. “The hostages have been demonized every day since. But that cannot be a license to dehumanize others.”
This statement deserves to be picked apart a bit. First note the change from “dehumanized” to “demonized”, so that Blinken is not saying the hostages were “dehumanized” after October 7th. And yet we see that Hamas has sold some of the hostages to Muslim warlords thousands of kilometers away from Gaza.
Apparently selling prisoners of war as slaves is within the bounds of humanitarian civility according to the US Secretary of State and any members of the international community that are on board with him.
In addition it might make sense to look into the treatment of the hostages in the months up to the present. This may imply that the hostages, and additionally the Israeli people, are continually being treated in dehumanized fashion by the Hamas terrorist government. To make this case may require additional efforts.
Hamas did an excellent job of dehumanizing Palestinians, as did the PLO, Fatah and Black September. Attacking schools, bombing buses, the Munich Massacre, and blowing up airliners in flight didn’t help their image either. This is not rocket science.
