I must admit, Trump's attorney Jonathan Murray is brilliant. I don't think I've ever heard a more prepared attorney and he seemed to be UNSTUMPABLE by the justices. I am IMPRESSED and the female RAT justices seem favorable to his arguments.
Jason Murray is IN OVER HIS HEAD. He keeps referring to Trump's argument and NOT much LEGAL PRECEDENCE. Not good.
That makes sense to me as well. It depends if the 3 gals want a political ruling or one based on the constitution.

Court is hammering him on the chaos this could cause leaving things to each individual state in this regard.
When we used to have the discussions about Thomas’ previously rare oral argument questions, I heard some appeals attorneys explain that the oral arguments were not the case presentations, which were fully written, but instead, minor nuance chance questions where issues could be drawn out by a Justice. Totally unlike a regular court.

Makes sense, From what I am hearing the justices can’t even believe the CO attorney is making a case, they are shredding his case trying to give him an opportunity to make one and he can’t.
