Ha! I remember that movie, with Michael Keaton, I assume stuff like that is happening a lot more today the higher Democrats raise housing costs with their taxes and open borders. New York city where I grew up is insane now. Back in 1996 I was renting a one bedroom in Astoria for $600 a month which is right across the east river from Manhattan.
