This bill is the GOPe’s latest attempt to proactively surrender in spite of having all of the political wind at their back on illegal immigration. We must purge the GOP of RINOs, leftists and crooks.

I would say this is unconstitutional, but the Hussein/Biden Regime, and most democRATS, have never cared about such things. They openly declare their admiration for the Marxist Chicoms, and the Chicoms’ ability to get things done.

Is there anyone left who thinks that the GOPe is on our side? They are Leftist Democrats. Every last one of them needs to be voted out.

They arrested the NYC cop beaters in Phoenix last night. Just shows how easy it is if the federal government has a will to enforce the law.

Senators no longer represent their states, let alone the people. They have been bought by the highest bidder.
This is why the 17th Amendment needs to be repeal and return the Senate to the way the founding fathers set it up, with the states controlling the Senate and the people’s representatives representing the people.
In some states the state legislature appointed senators in others it was the governor but in either case there was no way a Senator you stay in office for 50 years!! And that is one of the problems we have now.

A law does not override the Constitution. Even if they pass this monstrosity, Texas can flip them the finger.

Unconstitutional on its face, therefore void. Fedgov has the responsibility to enforce borders, but that doesn’t take away the state’s right to defend itself from invasion.....and that mission belongs to the militia exclusively.

This would prevent plaintiffs - like the State of Texas - from filing suit in Texas federal courts. That doesn't leave much wiggle room, so don't be surprised when Texas goes all Chuck Norris on you!
