FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Washington D.C. – Just months after securing an $18 million judgment against Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue, news broke that Cecile Richards is suffering from terminal brain cancer.
Jesus exhorted his followers to “love our enemies” and “pray for those who persecute us.” With that sentiment, Operation Rescue is asking all followers of Jesus to pray for the healing and salvation of Planned Parenthood’s former chief executive.
When the groundbreaking Center for Medical Progress (CMP) videos hit the news in 2015, revealing Planned Parenthood’s illegal sale of baby body parts, Cecile Richards was President of Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). With relentless hostility, she went after the courageous pro-lifers willing to unveil Planned Parenthood’s terrible secrets.
PPFA sued every member of CMP, including Operation Rescue President Troy Newman, resulting in the current $18 million dollar judgment against the defendants. Richards denied, every step of the way, that Planned Parenthood ever broke the law, and an abortion-friendly judge made certain no more CMP videos could be released.
“Despite all Richards has done to destroy human life, and to destroy the pro-life movement, her own life is still precious in the eyes of God, and His will is always that the lost might be saved,” says Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue.
“We pray the words of Ephesians chapter one for Cecile Richards – that the eyes of her heart may be enlightened, so that she will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the boundless greatness of His power toward those who believe. In short, we pray that Cecile might find salvation and healing, and we encourage all of our supporters to do the same.”
“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven.” –Matthew 5:43-45
Can I still judge “yo mama...”?
Well, as soon s you pray, ya better quit wishin’!

Out of context scripture.
1) We will judge the angels in the new heaven and earth....surely you don’t think you are judging angels now?
2) Withdrawing from bothers - this is disassociating ones self from backsliding Christians....a “brother” is not an unbeliever. We are told to love our enemies.
3) Same thing with your 2 Tm and Romans verses - they refer how to handle BELIEVERS in sin, not unbelievers.
How did Jesus handle unbelievers? “I came not to judge the world, but.....”
What about the parable Jesus told about those who were forgiven much, and then they wanted payback.
Brother, you better be VERY careful about judgement, unless you want it to be done to you as you do it to others.
Best to leave judgement in God’s hands. Even Jesus delayed judgement of the world until his second coming.....why would you jump the gun?
There is a difference between judgement and disapproval of actions.
If you are going to claim this, then you'd best put it back IN context, instead of trying to 'explain' things.
