Dead on arrival at the House. Biden just wants to move money around to those Dem states...places like Chicago, NYC, Ca..payoff money...Nothing to do with stopping the invasion and wonder if there's a path to citizenship in there, too. Johnson wants HR2 passed...and separate from Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan...
