The House passed a bill Thursday that will enable law enforcement to deport illegal migrants caught driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The measure passed with the support of 274 lawmakers, but a staggering 150 Democrats voted against it.
The Protect Our Communities from DUIs Act amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to ensure that illegal migrants caught driving under the influence can be deported and not allowed back into the U.S.
'In the United States, someone dies in a crash with an impaired driver every 45 minutes,' Rep. Barry Moore, who introduced the bill, told Fox News.
'I lost two of my young newlywed constituents to an illegal immigrant driving under the influence of alcohol.'
'Angel and Jeremy were riding a motorcycle together when out of nowhere an illegal alien, under the influence of alcohol, collided into the newlyweds with his pickup. Their lives were cut dramatically short,' Moore said on the House floor Thursday.
'Sadly, tragedies like this are not uncommon across our country,' he continued. 'Consider this case from Missouri, where just two months ago an illegal alien from Honduras was sentenced for driving drunk at a 100 mph and killing a man.'
In December, an illegal migrant from El Salvador, who had previously been deported from the U.S. four times, was accused of killing a Colorado mother and her son in a crash that involved alcohol, according to local news outlet KDVR.

So democrats want the intruders to kill innocents without any consequence, just so as to be sure of getting their votes. (They’re not citizens - they can’t legally vote - but will anyway)
That's correct, Venezuela won't take anyone back. That's probably why they were able to come here in the first place, Venezuela wanted to be rid of them.
In a case like that we look for a third country to deport them to, said country must agree. We can deny Visas to all citizens of the reluctant country, but Joe won’t do that. Even if he did, they’d just come illegally. Not the ones with skills, the criminals.
>He hate me!!
I remember that guy
How about enforcing the existing laws that people who come here illegally are breaking the law, and should be charged. What Congress needs to do, is introduce, and pass a Bill, that makes coming here illegally, a First-Degree felony, not a misdemeanor. And then require mandatory deportation, or if they are found to have come here more than once, make it a mandatory 10-year prison sentence for being a repeat offender, with no chance of sentence reduction at any time.
Send them back to Mexico, the country most of them entered from.
The ones that have been flown in by the Biden administration need to be flown back and dropped out on the tarmac they departed from.
Rod Smart
Agreed.........but in busses.
Those idiots in Puzzle Palace just appease the illegal’s bc end result is they want them to stay even if illegal.
Exactly.
I’d bet that if Trump were in office .. They would have no choice but to take back their trash!😠
The idea that the government even feels that it needs a bill in order to do this just blows my mind.
I am...
I think it’s kinda low. I figured it’d be all the rats.
Biden would be more likely to pay them to accept a few back. That said, I think I’ve red of migrants from Venezuela who have returned. But they haven’t committed crimes and came on Joe’s special program legally.
“(J) DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED OR IMPAIRED.—Any alien who has been convicted of, who admits having committed, or who admits committing acts which constitute the essential elements of an offense for driving while intoxicated or impaired, as those terms are defined under the law of the jurisdiction where the conviction, offense, or acts constituting the essential elements of the offense occurred (including an offense for driving while under the influence of or impaired by alcohol or drugs), without regard to whether the conviction or offense is classified as a misdemeanor or felony under Federal, State, tribal, or local law, is inadmissible.”.
Enable law enforcement
Can be deported
Does not say shall be deported.
Both parties do not want to send them back.
LOLOL!
Who’s gonna sign it and enact it into law?
I can guarantee Brandon won’t.
We already have laws.
We don’t need any new legislation.

What about exporting ALL ILLEGAL INVADERS?
Agree. But perhaps the strategic way to handle this issue is deport them incrementally due to various infractions until they are all gone. Might be easier to get support for each item.
