Since there is now no constitutional right to an abortion, Congress can pass Federal legislation restricting abortions.

So, how does Biden’s 33% approval rating translate into 58% of women and 42% of men voting for him?
Actually, it is SINGLE women who vote overwhelmingly democrat. They want to be married to Mr Government - they guy who never leaves the toilet seat up and pays them lots of cash for doing nothing. And helps them get abortions after they get pregnant in a one-night stand.
MARRIED women vote Republican.
Oh, and POC women (typically single too) are rabid democrats.
Odd. None of the women in my life - including daughters and DILs - have had an abortion. But yeah, single women want abortions. Married don’t need them.
