“To be clear, I don’t think it should be proportionate. I think it should be disproportionate. That’s how you create deterrence in the mind of your adversary, that the cost to them of attacking our forces is so high they won’t do it again,” he said.
For once Bolton is correct, unlike those cowering under fear of the Iranians and their proxies. They have already murdered enough Americans to warrant regime change now.

There are likely Iranian personnel helping out in Yemen.
Some large bombs will send them off to their 72 virgins.

When I agree with Bolton, it makes me re-examine my position.

That drone strike points out a weakness badly in need of fixing.

It may be true he is a war monger, but from personal experience, the only thing that will change the attitude of the islamic terrorist or islamic ruling class is raw death and pain. The Israelis know this. Arabs and islamics do not think rationally like westerners. It is to westerner detriment that we try to apply our rational thought to understand the mind of stone cold killers.
Do I want to see a war now? No, especially not under this admins leadership. They most certainly will eff it up. But make no mistake, proportional response will not dissuade the Iranians.

No way, inside Iran.
Instead, take ‘em down where they are, outside of Iran.

Iran has killed or maimed tens of thousands of Americans by supplying weapons, IEDs, drones, etc directly or to proxies.
Iran has been a constant source of global death for nearly 50 years now.
While I would normally support retaliation, the sad fact is the US has become ineffective in using its military power.
Our failures in using our military power Iraq, Afghanistan, etc will result in the same dismal results.
This comes from our weak political leadership from both political parties.
Nothing has changed and an attack on Iran today will not change the situation in the way it should. It will only waste more taxpayer money and result in more chaos.

One thing I’ve learned recently is that Iran has lots of pretty serious missiles.
U235 + big missile -> big danger
