Governor Greg Abbott today issued a statement on Texas’ constitutional right to defend and protect itself as President Joe Biden continues to attack Texas and refuse to perform his duties to secure the border.

“The Executive Branch of the United States has a constitutional duty to enforce federal laws protecting States, including immigration laws on the books right now,” reads the statement. “President Biden has instructed his agencies to ignore federal statutes that mandate the detention of illegal immigrants. The failure of the Biden Administration to fulfill the duties imposed by Article IV, § 4 has triggered Article I, § 10, Clause 3, which reserves to this State the right of self-defense. For these reasons, I have already declared an invasion under Article I, § 10, Clause 3 to invoke Texas’s constitutional authority to defend and protect itself. He needs to focus his itineraries on the one place that matters most.

Abbott needs to stop busing migrants to Chicago, New York, Detroit, Denver, and other blue cities around the country and focus his itineraries on the one place that matters most.

Every single migrant who crosses into Texas ought to be collected and shipped to Washington, D.C.

Let the nation’s capital become the world’s largest migrant camp. Let the schools, hospitals, gymnasia, theaters, hotels, airports, train stations, police stations, fire stations, arenas, and government buildings be overrun with migrants to such an extent that nothing but their care can be accomplished.

Turn every park in Washington into a tent city for Bolivians, Guatemalans, Chinese, and Pakistanis to litter, micturate, and defecate at their leisure within.

Shut down D.C. with illegal migrants. Bury it. Focus the suffering; trap it where the power brokers live. Make them so miserable that they scream for respite from the refugee camp their city has become.

Maybe then we’ll see some change.

What we know is that the ruling class, the out-of-touch, insufferable elite who populate that place, won’t stop inflicting pain until it’s inflicted on them. And not enough is getting to them. So bring it right to their doorstep.

No doubt. And when anything constitutional is mentioned, they immediately think of their Marxist training, that the Constitution is a bunch of negative rights. B. Hussein stated these exact words “The Constitution contains negative rights. It tells the Federal Government what it cannot do. What we need is a Constitution of positive rights, that delineate what the government can do to, on behalf of the people.”

And in the Marxist mindset, there are no limits to what the government can do to a person.

This was the best graf out of the statement, but here is the problem: per the migras pendejo invasiones, and the patently obvious Constitutional boundaries that support stopping it, the Governor's declaration should have been coordinated with the House specifically as the second part of the upcoming Biden Impeachment (high crime$ of a VP influence peddling as number one, treason encouraging an enemy border invasion as number two), which means: there should have been a script; that script should have been followed in the House and parlayed before release to the handful of conservative news organizations, to lay the backstory, the groundwork, Biden's crimes, his impeachment, and the expectations; and President Trump should have been briefed and his level of desired participation measured and entered accordingly.

Not a goddamn bit of that was done. Nothing. Zero.

This thing just drops out of the blue like a fart in the mid-winter Texas wind, it comes across like Abbott is at his wit's end with brown people crossing the Rio, as if he is running out of buses.
