Once laws and court rulings mean nothing for the President, federal agencies, and others who are politically connected (such as Hunter), then they mean nothing to anyone. If Biden can defy a ruling by SCOTUS then the State of Texas can as well.
This is the slippery slope the left have placed us on as our nation is being destroyed because of the left’s actions. They have defied all normal legal precedent to go against Trump thinking that once he is destroyed they can go back to what the media calls “normal”.
Once you destroy “normal”, it is hard to return to it. But, to them normal means more than just the norms of society and law. To them normal means they are in control and conservatives are principled and graceful losers as all their rights are taken away. Trump took so much of their power away from them. They no longer have the power they had when everyone thought that surely they had our best interest at heart and would not deliberately do things to the voters to harm them.
But mainly what they lost was the power of the media to tell the people what to think. The curtain has not only been pulled back but also pulled down so there no way to close it once more to the viewers.
Wow, that sounds like Camp of the Saints kind of stuff. Will the President call out the National Guard to fight the invaders at the door of the Capitol?
That information is put out regularly.
Most of the judges now on the supreme court do not follow the constitution or the law when it does not fit their political views. This makes them a lawless court. And no state should be under any obligation to follow a lawless court. The Supreme does not even care the constitution gives the federal government the duty to protect the states against invasion. In fact the federal government is encouraging and aiding in an invasion.
SCOTUS only said The Feds could remove the wire while the case is being litigated. They didn’t say Texas couldn’t put up more wire.
Arrest the wire cutters.

Does anyone know of a way we can send money to the State of Texas government to support them? It may not make much difference but would be a show of solidarity. I’d be happy to make a contribution and put my name on it.
As I understand it all it would take to shove the fbi’s faces in the dirt and send them packing is for the county sheriff to say NO!
I'm hoping the actions by Texas will extend beyond Eagle Pass. I also feel like if Texas lacks manpower some states will throw in with them the first being Oklahoma. These rednecks would spend their last dime to take a whiz in xiden's face.
