By getting elected?
Sound like the Germans have determined that the best way to fight Fascism is to disband political parties that are unpopular with the ruling class.
Its showing AfD is a real power.
Just like the USA, the welfare radicals, and their bloated woke, bureaucrat handlers have found a new enemy, and they are afraid.
Have the police identified just who the protestors are? What percentage of the protestors are migrants facing deportation??
“attacking our democracy.”
Interesting— the Kraut communists use the same wording that the Biden regime uses against Trump and conservatives in the USA...
This is what they did in Israel that led to the Hamas attack. The left lost the election and took to the streets. SO democratic!
President Retard wants to outlaw the MAGA party
How many of these protestors are up for removal if AFD wins ?
The political conservatives as well as the political Leftists in Germany are awakening to the fact that the Green-Red game, and especially the evisceration of energy-dependent businesses on the altar of "Green" -- is about silencing people who -- oh gosh! -- might vote against the lunacy of the true globalists.
I heard both Weidel and Wagenknecht speak in the Bundestag some years back, separated by the politically correct few hours between them, and BOTH said more or less the same thing, albeit in their own particular political vocabularies. When those on the conservative side of things and those on the "soft" Left side of things see the same political corruption of the elite globalists ( hard, centralized power EU advocates ), then the "narrative" is teetering.
The teetering is growing more prominent now. One may expect abject internal violence of of that kind of corruption which has been fleecing whole nations.
Your ennui at the Nazi appellation is spot on. Scholtz:
“If there is one thing that must never again have any place in Germany, it’s the ethno-racial ideology of the National Socialists,”
It is one thing to be Hitler and his small original entourage, taking a country by violence and a false, deeply devilish ethos.
It is quite something else to oppose an ethno-religious-anachronistic invasion by people who contribute nothing to Western society, who instead hate the host country and all it stands for. The AfG also opposes the fantasies foisted upon them by the leftists worldwide.
Germany had better accommodate the AfG or they WILL most certainly invite a new Hitler. It’s amazing how obtuse the elitists have become. They understand NOTHING.
AfD is more Libertarian than what one would call Conservative, let alone Fascist. The SPD are the true Nazis.

The Libertarians that I speak with and see posting on economic/political forums are all “Open Borders” in their philosophy. Would they really have that much in common with the AfD?
They really are that stupid! Sadly, useful idiots eat that crap up.
Indeed, but specifically EU skeptics and against the Euro currency which destroyed that national sovereignty which the Deutschmark provided.. The SPD original founding documents declare the party's intention to move more slowly than the Communists -- and the Marxist-Leninist Party in Germany, by the way -- to economic socialism. The SPD was, and I believe still is, of the many strains of the Marxist-socialists but wearing a velvet "red" glove to obscure their intent. It is the party's "color."
In the same vein, the Ba'ath Party as was formed in both Iraq and Syria have original founding documents declaring the aim of a pan-Arab version of socialism.
Looking back into original documents can be most informative. It can also irritate those who wish us not to look back at such.
The “kraut communists” did same thing in 20’s and 30’s. They lost.
I am not talking about that issue. What about Rand Paul, My idea of Libertarian. He is not open borders
Neither is the AfD.
Sometimes political jargon interferes with realities which should not be so easily "abbreviated" into sound bites and short slogans of few and imprecise words.
Exactly. They can’t have people voting for who they want. That is not democracy.
“attacking our democracy.”
There’s that phrase again, and it always the leftist a-holes.
