Iran is “very directly involved” in ship attacks that Yemen’s Houthi rebels have carried out during Israel’s war against Hamas, the U.S. Navy’s top Mideast commander told The Associated Press on Monday.
Vice Adm. Brad Cooper, the head of the Navy‘s 5th Fleet, stopped short of saying Tehran directed individual attacks by the Houthis in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
However, Cooper acknowledged that attacks associated with Iran have expanded from previously threatening just the Persian Gulf and its Strait of Hormuz into waters across the wider Middle East.

Yeah it’s an odd article. It says that he stops short of saying that the attacks were either conducted or even directed by Iranians, but the headline says that he used the phrase “directly involved”.
I don’t think the Yemenis need Iranian encouragement to hate the U.S. 400,000 Yemeni have died in the last eight years at the hands of the U.S. backed and supplied Saudis. We can’t kill anymore than the Saudis did. We won’t stop them militarily.

Per article, they are attacking the international community. This is a lie.

When Joe took the Houthi’s off the terrorist list in January 2021, he was giving Iran a pass too. When he sent money to Iran, he was enabling Iran and the Houthi’s to wage war against Israel and the U.S. Joe is a terrorist collaborator.

They were attacked and proportionally they had more die than we did in 9/11/2001. Not total, of course, but as a percentage of the population.
