Bought from a friend - broken law #1
Scratched off serial number - broken law #2
And more. Plenty what would get you or I locked up.
The Washington judge was correct. They are here illegally, so they have already broken the law. They are no longer law-abiding guests.
I firmly believe that only US citizens should have any rights under the 2nd Amendment
the second amendment has no infringements.
legal citizenship does.
THEY do. WE fon’t
NO WAY!

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
Respected constitutional experts have historically explained constitutional privileges and immunities in the context of citizens of the United States.
From the congressional record, Rep. John Bingham, a constitutional lawmaker, explains the scope of privileges and immunities in the context of citizenship.
"Mr. Speaker, that the scope and meaning of the limitations imposed by the first section, fourteenth amendment of the Constitution may be more fully understood, permit me to say that the privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added], as contradistinguished from citizens of a State, are chiefly defined in the first eight amendments to the Constitution of the United States." — John Bingham, Appendix to the Congressional Globe (See bottom half of 2nd column.)
From Minor v. Happersett:
“3. The right of suffrage was not necessarily one of the privileges or immunities of citizenship before the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment, and that amendment does not add to these privileges and immunities. It simply furnishes additional guaranty for the protection of such as the citizen already had [emphasis added].” —Minor v. Happersett, 1874.
Regarding the judges' misguided (imo) decision, if this were a better world, Congress would be justified in removing the referenced judges from office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for effectively weakening the 2nd Amendment (2A) protections of citizens by giving illegal aliens 2A protections imo.
"14A, Section 3: No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion [emphases added] against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

Citizens are first going to have to effectively apply Section 3 to our current worthless, 2A-gnoring Congress by first primarying ALL lawmakers up for reelection, except for MTG, Gaetz & Company (and others?). Corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification lawmakers need to be replaced with Constitution-respecting patriots who will support hopeful Trump 47 in strengthening our constitutional privileges and immunities by cleaning up the judiciary.
There is a run on ammo too.
The People are stocking up.
There was a lot available in December, due to the sale of Vista Outdoor Products to a CZ company. Now the prices are up, a lot are 10-15% increase.
Supply is still pretty good in a few of the on line distribution companies.
U.S. citizenship has certain legal rights.
Non-citizens must not be allowed to exercise those rights! AFAIAC, those rights MUST be protected and the laws enforced!
If a non-citizen wants to exercise those rights, he/she can do the legal thing and become a citizen!
Until then, obey the law!
