Trump impeachment lawyer calls on Georgia election fraud prosecutor Nathan Wade to step down after EXPLOSIVE FANI WILLIS affair allegations: report

A Trump impeachment lawyer called on the lead prosecutor in the Georgia election fraud case against the former president to step down amid explosive allegations he was hired while in a relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

Norm Eisen, who served as special counsel to the House Judiciary Committee during former President Donald Trump’s first impeachment trial, told The Washington Post that controversy surrounding Nathan Wade’s hiring as special prosecutor will only continue to snowball — and the allegations of impropriety risk delaying a verdict for the former president and his 14 co-defendants.

snip The request came amid a probe into whether there was any “misuse” of taxpayer funds stemming from Wade’s hiring to work on the Trump case, which has earned the Atlanta-area lawyer over $650,000.

Allegations of romance between Willis and Wade first surfaced last week after Trump co-defendant Mike Roman filed bombshell court papers seeking to have criminal charges against him dismissed over the pair’s “improper” and “clandestine” affair.

And he’s a Divorce Lawyer, and he got a Government Contract to investigate Correction Facilities - and he evidently did nothing on that front except for pocketing the money.

A Divorce Lawyer that came to see Government contracts as boondoggles where his peeps pushed him Cash.

Why does the American public put up with qualified immunity. The things that prosecutors, agents and judges gat away with should result in civil and criminal prosecutions. These people wont even lose their jobs or licenses. The 14th amendment doesn’t apply to them.
But isn’t it ironic that they can use this same amendment to force exclusion of Trump on the ballot based on reckless insane and unsubstantiated claims of sedition and treason.
The legal system in this country is corrupt and it cannot be reformed because it’s being « self-policed » which means there’s no real or effective oversight.
Therefore the public must start by practicing civil disobedience through jury nullification whenever the Feds are in court.
They cant reform themselves. They will not stop unless they start losing.

Frankly I’m more interested in what Willis and this schmuck did when they visited the White House before indicting trump what was discussed etc I think we all know

I read with interest some commentary suggesting that Georgia's broad-scope RICO law could encompass the White House parties to such meetings, whoever they were, in a conspiracy to defraud Fulton County by misappropriating funds and making kickbacks. It would be nice if all of the Georgia Democrat mafia and the White House could be prosecuted under the law that they are abusing in an attempt to get President Trump.

I wonder if Willis using the COVID funds to pay for the pursuit of Trump would qualify as misuse of funds.

One would presume that Willis would not have used those funds unless directed to by a higher power who told her there would be no questions when she did so.
