The Trump pollster found Trump leading Haley in the Palmetto State with a majority backing him — 64 percent support in the state. Haley falls 39 points behind in her own state, garnering just 25 percent support. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis falls to the single digits with just eight percent support.
The survey was taken among 600 likely Republican primary South Carolina voters.

I’ve seen enough of DeSantis to know he couldn’t take the heat of an all out Democrat assault on him in a presidential campaign. He’s floundering in the GOP race without any real pressure being put on him by Trump.
SC is her home turf.

39 points behind in her home state? That spells the same trouble as Liz Chaney...and we know how that ended.

The race is effectively over. DeSantis needed to win Iowa to develop any sort of momentum. He didn't. Haley needs to win NH to develop any sort of momentum. She won't. Barring an Act of God, Trump will dominate every other state and handily win the GOP nomination.
But, God does have that veto power.
A man who can out think, work harder, campaign longer and has more stamina than most men 30 years younger. Your point?
I foresee that many of the pundits are going to really spin this....how she being a past Governor of the State can’t end up in the column of WINNER. She better get a few more millions of dollars from Democrat donors, as she is going to have a real hard time. WHY aren’t the Democrats putting their Big Boy Ole Joe in the fight with a challenger!

Yeah, when you're 78, overweight, under a lot of stress, and eat like crap, tomorrow is not guaranteed.
Hell, at 78 period, tomorrow is not guaranteed.
And he's not the Trump of 2016. He's pallid. He sweats. His voice quivers. He's not as steady on his feet. He's not as whip-sharp of mind.
Not saying he isn't in great shape for a 78-year old man. But still, he's a 78-year old man. Face it. He's old.
It's much simpler. I'm just a guy who hopes Joe Biden is not re-elected.
The poll was taken before her sluttiness came out.
I would expect her to do at least as well as Graham does in SC.

You have no idea what Trump eats on a regular basis nor is diet a bullet or a panacea. Just some trends.
Trump hasn’t been on a vacation or a health cure. He is standing up under nonstop abuse, stress and an active campaign. Peddle your dead fish just don’t pretend to be a seer.

That account sort of sounds like the wishful nevertrumpers that hope the cia or someone assassinates Trump.
At this point, with all the revelations of Jan 6, no one has any faith in the integrity of the U.S. government, and it’s likely they would try something like that to Trump, if they thought they could get away with it.
They may try it, anyway.
Tim Scott may well make a great VP for Trump.
