Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is emerging as a runner-up in the race for the Republican presidential nomination, according to recent polls and interviews in Iowa.
In an interview on NewsNation’s “On Balance,” host Leland Vittert posed a forward-looking question, asking if Haley, if nominated, would consider former President Donald Trump as her running mate.
Haley responded, “I’m not going to think about who’s going to be my VP yet, but in six months, I’ll be happy to tell you.”

Marco Rubio‘s 2016 campaign, is strategically targeting key counties in Iowa, such as Polk and Dallas County, where she aims to garner support from both Republicans and crossover Democrats and independents. Their goal is to perform well in Iowa and carry that momentum into New Hampshire and beyond.
During a rally in Iowa, Haley outlined her campaign strategy, stating, “Our goal is to make today better than yesterday. That’s it—strong in Iowa, strong in New Hampshire, strong in South Carolina, and keep it going from there.”
When asked about the challenge of appealing to both establishment Republicans and working-class Trump voters, Haley emphasized her focus on winning over a majority of Americans.

No. I am saying the situation described in the headline is unlikely for several reasons. I gave one of those reasons.
Kelly played a soundbite of Haley’s answer to the question “Can a man become a woman?” which she received during a virtual Iowa town hall on Sunday.
“There’s been a lot that’s been talked about when it comes to, um, all of these roles and all of these issues. I strongly believe that we should not allow any gender change surgeries to anyone before the age of 18. Period,” Haley said. “We — kids now, can’t get a tattoo until they’re 18. We shouldn’t have them permanently change their body until they’re 18. And that includes puberty blockers. That includes any sort of hormones that would do that. After the age of 18 — we want to make sure people can live any way they want to.”
“That’s a dodge,” Kelly said in the video after playing an audio clip of Haley’s response. “The answer’s no.”

That 30% consists of the Democrats who will cross over to vote for her in the primaries. If she became the nominee (which she won't) they would still vote for Biden in the general.
As much as I despise Chris Christie but he was not wrong when he said Nikki Haley is “going to get smoked.”
Some claim that was no hot mike and Christie knew it was on.
The longer Haley stays in, the more pathetic she is going to look.
